About the Role:
We are recruiting registered nurses (RGN or RMN) to provide clinical care in the community or care home settings. You will work closely with our care staff and clients to ensure health needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and treatments
- Clinical assessments and record keeping
- Supervising HCAs
- Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Clinical experience
- Right to work in the UK
