How quickly can care start?
It depends on your needs and our availability. Once we have completed an assessment, we will agree a start date with you.
Do you offer a free assessment?
Yes. A member of our team will visit to understand your needs before any care is arranged.
Will I have the same carers?
We aim for consistency and plan rotas to keep familiar faces wherever possible.
Are your carers checked?
All carers complete enhanced DBS, references and right-to-work checks before starting.
Can family members be involved?
Yes, with the consent of the person receiving care, families can help shape the care plan.
How do I pay for care?
Care can be self-funded or funded by the local authority or NHS. See our Funding page for more.
