People we may support
Supported living may suit adults with a learning disability, autistic people, people with mental health support needs, people with a physical disability, and others who want to live more independently.
Every referral is assessed
We look carefully at each person's needs, risks and goals, and whether we can meet them safely. Where needs are complex, a manager reviews the referral before we confirm what we can offer.
Moving on from other settings
People may move into supported living from the family home, residential care, hospital or another service. Good planning and a gradual transition help.
