Care Angels is not the landlord
We provide care and support. Accommodation and tenancies are arranged with a landlord or housing provider. We can work alongside the housing provider and the commissioner to help things run smoothly.
If the person already has a home
We can provide support in the person's existing home or tenancy, subject to assessment and agreement with whoever commissions the support.
If accommodation is needed
Housing is usually found with the local authority, a housing provider or a landlord. Tell us if accommodation is needed and who is involved — we can discuss how support could work alongside a suitable property.
Sharing a home
Where people share, compatibility matters: routines, noise and sensory needs, communication, smoking and pets. These are discussed sensitively with the person and the professionals involved.
Property requirements
Some people need a ground-floor property, level access, adaptations or specialist equipment. These are part of planning with the housing provider.
