Looking for care

Urgent care enquiry

If support is needed quickly, here's what to do.

In an emergency, call 999

If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call 999. For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111. If you are worried that someone is being harmed or neglected, contact the adult social care team at your local council.

Call our office

For an urgent care enquiry, please telephone us on 01902 275780 so we can talk straight away. You can also send an enquiry and choose 'Urgent – today or tomorrow'.

What happens next

We will look at what is needed and whether we can safely provide it in the time required. If we cannot, we will tell you honestly so you can explore other options without delay.

Leaving hospital

If the person is due to leave hospital, let us know the hospital, ward and expected discharge date, and the name of the discharge contact if you have it.
