Your own home
In supported living, a person lives in their own home — often with their own tenancy — either alone or sharing with others. It is their home, not a care home.
Support that fits
Care Angels provides the care and support: help with daily living, personal care where needed, community participation and building skills and confidence.
Housing and support are separate
The housing is provided by a landlord or housing provider. The support is provided by a support provider such as Care Angels. Keeping these separate gives people more choice and control.
Focused on outcomes
Support plans are built around the person's goals — whether that's cooking more independently, managing money, getting out into the community, education or work.
