Daily living
Cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting, keeping appointments and managing a household — with support to do things, not have things done for you, where possible.
Personal care and medication
Personal care and support with medication where this is part of the agreed support plan.
Community and relationships
Getting out and about, hobbies, education, volunteering or work, keeping in touch with family and friends, and building relationships.
Support patterns
Support might be a few hours a week, shared hours in a shared house, one-to-one support, or 24-hour support. Overnight support can be a waking night or a sleep-in, depending on assessed needs.
Positive risk and wellbeing
We support people to make their own choices, with risks understood and managed together rather than avoided altogether.
