How do I request a needs assessment? How long will it take? Will I also need a financial assessment, and what should I bring to it? Who can I contact for updates?

Questions about personal budgets and direct payments

What is my personal budget, and how was it worked out? Can I choose to take it as a direct payment? What support is available to help me manage a direct payment?

Questions about NHS funding

Could I be eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare? Who carries out the assessment, and when? What happens if I disagree with the outcome?

Questions for a care provider

What will the care cost, and what is included? How and when are charges reviewed? Can you accept direct payments or local authority funding? What happens if my needs, or my funding, change?
